The Quality & Reliability Group at Opsys is responsible for testing and validation of Opsys’s Lidar systems, which are multidisciplinary integrated systems consisting of HW, optics, mechanics, and SW.

Responsibilities

• Support system engineering and integration activities

• Prepare test documents, perform system level tests, and prepare reports.

• Analyze system health monitoring data

• Lead failure analysis

• Work with HW, Optics and SW team to provide a resolution for any failures.

• Develop test scripts

• Support test execution at the test labs

Requirements

BSc in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent level of knowledge

• At least 3 years of multi-disciplinary system development

• Knowledge in optomechanical systems design - advantage

• Experience with Environmental and EMC tests - advantage

• Experience with failure analysis methodologies - advantage

• High level of problem-solving skills and debugging of integrated systems

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems (e.g., sensors)
