We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance processes implementation and definition within the organization. You will work closely with Engineering team, laboratories, production lines collaborating on project requirements and delivering quality improvements and solutions based on automotive legislative requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring product quality KPIs and identifying trends

  • Participation in ECO process and implementation

  • Execution, management, and documentation of failure investigation pocesses

  • Definition of corrective actions and responsibilities

  • Monitoring corrective actions and effectiveness checks (8D)

  • Management and documentation of quality processes in the quality system

  • Management and documentation of NCRs in quality system

  • Managing failure investigations

  • Participation in risk assessments and change control processes

  • Leading FAI process of new and modified products\parts

  • Writing procedures and working instructions (in English)

  • Managing laboratories quality and regulation aspects (ESD, 5S procedures)

  • Managing the incoming inspection process - definition, execution, documentation

  • Quality control in production line – final QC/release inspection

  • Being familiar with various quality standards and implementation of the standards within the organization

  • Supporting assurance of supply escalations (stop production)

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing and additional interfaces.


Required skills:

  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering and familiarity with quality methodologies

  • Strong technical background

  • Experience with multidisciplinary products

  • Experience in quality procedures/ working instructions writing (in English)

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with IPC 610, IPC 620 standards - advantage.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified CQE - advantage

  • Engineering/Practical Engineering degree

  • 3 years+ of quality engineering experience in a multidisciplinary products industry

  • Automotive industry experience - Advantage.
