ALTOS 150/300 for Perimeter Protection
This movie shows one of the ways ALTOS can be used for perimeter security, fence protection in this example. The camera-like image is the fusion of the ambient and intensity data from ALTOS. It is shown together with the point cloud. Two zones have been set up at the fence. The first one can act as a warning zone, while the second one can act as the alarm zone when someone comes too close to the fence. The ALTOS 150 and 300 with their narrow field of view and long range are a perfect fit for this kind of application.
