ALTOS for Intelligent Traffic Systems
This point cloud video shows Opsys’ demo software monitoring traffic on a busy road where cars are stopping and starting as they’re at traffic lights. The ALTOS can be used to control the traffic lights according to traffic flow and volume. This makes intersections smarter for improved city management and quality of life for city dwellers.
In this recording the ALTOS 150 unit is used with its maximum range of 150m and a FoV of 45° x 13°. The fully integrated solution is a perfect fit for different traffic monitoring application thanks to its simple installation and low cost due to the integrated perception stack.
