Together the companies deliver an unparalleled

solution for perimeter security

San Jose, US, 16th October 2025 – Opsys announced the successful integration of its pure solid-state scanning LiDAR technology into Hexagon’s HxGN dC3 LidarVision, representing a significant step forward in advanced surveillance technology.

LidarVision, developed by Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, is a state-of-the-art, real-time sensor and analytics platform designed for perimeter security, critical infrastructure and industrial applications. The integration of Opsys’ LiDAR sensors adds a compact, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) solution with onboard computing and security nodes to the LidarVision system. This makes it particularly well suited for harsh and demanding environments, such as oil and gas facilities, energy grids and other critical infrastructure. Opsys’ advanced optical sensors complement LidarVision’s ability to create a digital twin of monitored areas, providing a real-time, 3D visualization of potential threats.

Together, Opsys and LidarVision deliver a next-generation security solution that improves operational efficiency, reduces costs and enhances safety.

“Our recent LiDAR integration is just the beginning,” said Yochai Rozenblat, CEO of Opsys. “This partnership with Hexagon enables us to push the boundaries of what LiDAR technology can achieve in security and surveillance. By combining our innovative sensors with Hexagon’s powerful LidarVision, we’re delivering smarter, more scalable solutions that address the real-world challenges of protecting critical infrastructure and high-security facilities. Together, we’re setting a new standard for reliability and performance in the security industry.”

Andreas Beerbaum, VP of Global Sales and Services for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, emphasized the value of the partnership, saying, “Collaborating with partners like Opsys enhances our ability to provide intelligent, real-time situational awareness for some of the world’s most demanding environments. Opsys’ innovative approach to LiDAR technology strengthens our platform’s capabilities, enabling us to better serve our customers with scalable, reliable and cutting-edge solutions.”
